For a while now I have wanted to start a regular Friday post where I can share fabulous stuff I discover. Whenever I find something awesome I just want to tell everyone I know. Are you that way?
Here is my first Fab Find: It's a blog I discovered as I was looking for healthly meal ideas my kids would eat. I am always looking for ways to keep us active and healthy. The blog is called
Amy is a mother of three and a Health Education graduate. She updates her blog very often with recipes, tips, and new knowledge about healthy eating. The greatest part is that she offers food that kids will enjoy. I find that is the most challenging. You can tell your kids the food is good for them and it will help them grow big and strong, but they will not touch it unless it tastes good.
I also like Amy's weekly menus. She also offers a couple downloads that you can print with healthy substitutions and snack ideas. So check it out!
