What's Under The Hat? Trick or Treat?

 

The idea for this card just popped into my head yesterday.  I just had to try it:)

I created the background for the card by embossing dots with my die machine and embossing folder.  Then I rubbed the black ink pad over the raised areas lightly.  The effect is a distressed look.  The hats and the little bag of goodies make a really fun image.  I smiled as I made it.
